Job Title: Business Development Manager

Office Location: Kennedy Town, Hong Kong

Reports to: Founder / Managing Director

The Position
As a business development manager you will enter a role that is crucial to reaching our strategic goals. You will help to expand, build, and run our projects, which means assuming responsibility for high impact decisions and directly engaging with business leaders around the world. Our company is built on a thirst for perfection, knowledge and attention to detail to deliver extraordinary results. Our founder is a serial tech entrepreneur with a legacy of successful ventures in Hong Kong (Moneyhero.com.hk, CompareAsiaGroup, Nova Founders Capital). STC Pacific is an industrial products and special projects developer founded in 2015, that has developed global market leadership in a fast growing  product sector and is quickly expanding on this foundation. We develop products, set-up production processes and factories and manufacture for our global clients.
 

You will be forging a path that others will follow
You will become a frontrunner in a business that others will hope to follow. You will report directly to the Founder/Director as part of a lean and dynamic team out of the Hong Kong office and across the globe. The job will also require travel. Your tasks will vary, but your key responsibilities will be to:

• Support expansion and daily operations
• Assessing the viability of new products in the China market.
• Supporting projects such as new product development and finding suitable suppliers
• Attending global client meetings and trade shows
• Supporting the director’s efforts

• Bachelor or master’s degree – business or engineering background is a plus
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is crucial
• Up to 2-3 years related work experience in a trading company, start-up, consultancy or other relevant organisation. Fresh graduates will be considered.
• You must be ready to go where you are needed as challenges don’t discriminate on geography
• HK resident
• Able to start as soon as possible
