Job Description
Job Summary
Under the guidance of the compliance supervisor/manger, support the implementation of the group’s country sustainability strategies and programs through various activities such as site audits, reports and standards maintenance (e.g. ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001)
Job Responsibility

Assist in execution of the group’s sustainability initiatives under the supervision of the group compliance manager
-
Support internal and external audit
-
Provide support in preparing monthly compliance reports and metrics
-
Liaise with different entities within the Group and coordinate data collection
-
Support factory audit and ensure related regulatory procedures are carried out
-
Work closely with factory operation team to implement and follow up corrective actions plan recommended by the compliance team

Support any ad-hoc project
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Human Resources, Environmental or related discipline
- 2-3 years’ experience in HR/ environmental/ compliance/ factory audit
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Familiar with different standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 14001\ OHSAS18001\ HIGG Index, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Team player with high degree of responsibility
- Willing to travel occasionally
