Job Description:

• Sample logging, packing and delivery arrangement.
• Manage and organize sample storage.
• Follow up purchase order and delivery status record.
• Proactive follow up for lap dip / approval / pre-production / shipment / licensor samples.
• Monitoring the operation activity of the suppliers (purchasing and print materials, cutting materials, sampling approvals, production on-line status and all activates related to).
• Ensuring on-time delivery of layouts for labels, hangtags and shipping marks for approval.
• Coordinate and expedite PP sample approvals with development team
• Manage inspection booking schedule.
• Work closely with all suppliers to monitor production status.
• Perform QC duties if needed.
• Ad hoc duties as needed.        
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience with 2 years in licensed backpacks and bags
• 2 years working experience in buying office / Importer is preferable.
• Experience in licensed and generic school bags, lunchbags and luggage. Lady hand-bags is a plus.
• Good grasp of product development processes.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong product, material and costing knowledge.
• Proactive, hardworking, team player.
• Proven record to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Mature, Energetic, Responsible and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently, accurately and detail-oriented.
• Possess excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge in fabrics and trims. And sense of fashion trend.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in MS office and Excel, Word and PowerPoint; excellent PC knowledge.
• Experience in ERP system is a plus.
• Good Illustrator & Photoshop / photographic skills will be an advantage.
• Occasional travel to PRC or Overseas is required.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
