Responsibilities:

• Ensure the products are complied with HK Food laws and internal QA compliance system
• Perform Article’s labeling inspection, verification of product testing reports and other documentation based on group QA compliance system
• Provide article data & status maintenance based on the Company’s QA compliance procedures
• Perform label audit activity & report in stores according to established Compliance audit procedure
• Provide up-to-date food laws & regulations information updates to the team by research / study
• Recommend changes on procedures and work flow to enhance operation effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements:

• Degree in Nutritional Sciences or Food Science
• Minimum of 1 year QA experience, preferably in food industry
• Basic knowledge of Hong Kong food law and regulations
• Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule & rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to details and accuracy.
• Responsible with good interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all walks of people
• Proactive with good problem solving skill
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese, with basic knowledge of Japanese and Korean is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
