We are now looking for an experienced Supply Planning Analyst / Assistant Manager to join a major international retailer. This person will be responsible for managing the forecast planning process to improve effectiveness and efficiency of meeting customer demand while balancing operational and financial objectives. You would oversee the product supply planning process from the seasonal calendar, sample ordering, capacity planning, monthly buy process, daily shipment to service on time and quality issue handling.

More senior candidates will be considered for the Supply Planning Assistant Manager position and would have managerial duties.

What you will need to be successful -

• 5 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in supply chain, supply planning and sourcing,  product management, retail or FMCG business is highly preferable
• Solid business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills and a result-driven attitude
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese are a must
