Responsibilities:

• To identify and develop sales strategies to capitalize business opportunities
• To plan annual sales budget, formulate and execute sales plans achieving company’s business objective
• To drive sales performance and lead the sales team to achieve targets in terms of sales and profitability
• 50% Travel role (with assistant)
• Experienced in US marketing is very useful but will consider those with Australia and South East Asia experience

Requirements:

l  Diploma holder or above in Business or related discipline

l  Minimum 3 years solid fine jewellery sales experience at managerial level in middle to high-end products preferred (Market: US, Australia and South East Asia)

l Strong in planning, organizing and developing wholesales business for Manager role

l  With strong drive to achieve targets and with good leadership and management skills to motivate a team

l  Excellent communication and presentation skills

l  Solid international driving experience is an advantage
