Job Description

 Responsibilities: 

  • Process data entry into the ERP system to create PI & PO.
  • Prepare and confirm the purchase orders, make shipment arrangements and keep track of the delivery.
  • Prepare the analysis and summary report.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by Supervisor. 

Requirements:  

  • F. 6 or above with at least 2 years solid working experience in garment merchandising or purchasing, preferably in trim products industry.
  • Energetic, good negotiation skills and able to work under a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Mature, detail-minded, initiative, stable with good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Good command of English and PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook.
  • Immediate available preferred.
