Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up order details and shipments;
• Handle sample development, daily email with clients;
• Making worksheet for production order, sample order, costing, etc;
• Liaising with China factories and overseas clients
  

Requirements:

• F.7 or above with good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• At least 3-4 years solid merchandising experience in toys field;
• Experience in either USA or European markets and in manufacturing are preferable;
• Self-motivated, well organized, able to work independently;
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook);
• Must be a team player and fast learner;
• Occasional China trip when needed;
• Immediate available is highly preferable;
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Merchandiser.
