Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers for purchase planning and order follow up.
  
  
• Monitor inventory level and order status to ensure stable supply and on-time delivery.
  
  
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure best quality, pricing, terms and conditions are given.
  
  
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve quality complaints in a timely manner.
  
  
• Build-up and maintain strong & long-lasting business relationship with strategic suppliers.
  
  

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or above in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years working experiences in purchasing field is a must.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
• Strong motivation with ability to work independently and under pressures.
• Proficiency in MS Office application.
• Immediate available will be advantaged.
