To achieve our Company’s business targets, the incumbent shall provide services in trims sourcing, development, technical advice and procurement support to our Sales, Merchandising & Marketing teams and factory’s business units. To fulfill external customer demand and drive supply chain sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand product ranges, price ranges; and capability of dealing with different trim suppliers to identify suitable suppliers for development
• Source and develop trims including the sample approval, internal test and customer approvals
• Conduct research and analysis on suppliers and industry/market trends
• Quick reaction to ad-hoc projects
• Willing to travel China supplier when needed

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder with preference in BBA
• 3-5 years of experience preferably in sourcing merchandiser, product development on different fabrics & trims supply chain management functions, experience from button and metals would be advantage;
• Strong communication and customer servicing mindset
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Well organized, attention to details and self-motivated
• Excellent command in English & Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
