Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operation of the production workshop efficiently and effectively

Ensure on-time delivery and quality production

Monitor costing and budgeting control

Drive for continuous improvement for production process

Liaise with internal and external stake-holders for production, technical and quality improvement

Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

Job Requirements:

Solid training of Textiles & Clothing or related disciplines

Over 15 years working experience in cut & sewn garment sector, with hands-on experience of US & European market

Station at Panyu factory of PRC

Strong leadership, detailed mind, well-organized, self-motivated, high integrity and strong interpersonal skill

Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
