Responsibilities

• Develop food safety procedures / standards according to internal City Super Group’s QA policy and HK food laws.
• Conduct food safety audit activities in stores’ & suppliers’ production counters / kitchens and vendors’ factories / farms in accordance with the established audit practices and procedures ensuring comply with the food safety procedures.
• Handle more complex food safety issues as assigned with the collaboration with concerned parties in order to achieve the expected results.
• Continuously update, propose an innovative improvement plan on QA audit system / program especially when there is any new / update of HK food regulations / guidelines and internal business unit’s initiatives: 
• Plan, prepare, and provide food safety training programs for fresh food operators
• Ensure the work performance of team members through the provision of continuous coaching and technical guidance.
• Investigate customer complaints and provide suggestions on remedial and preventive actions.
• Execution of the QA strategy plan and goal setting.

Requirements

• Degree in Food Science and / or Nutritional Sciences
• Possess a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in food manufacturing / food retail business / F&B business
• Familiar with HK Food laws /regulations
• Familiar with Food Safety System such as ISO9000, ISO22000 will be an asset
• Good communication, problem solving and presentation skills
• Able to handle multiple tasks under a tight schedule and rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to details and accuracy.
• Proficiency in English & Cantonese, Mandarin
• Familiar with MS applications e.g. excel, power point, word, etc.
