Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide support on all property sales activities
- Assist in implementation of sales strategies in the sales of property
- Assist in handling sales and leasing administration work and conducting market research
- Assist in handling sales & marketing campaign
- Explore potential markets and maintain good relationship with clients
- Handle daily sales operations and logistics arrangement
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration/ Real Estate / Property or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year working experience.
- Self-motivated, aggressive, good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese, Putonghua and English.
- Possess good analytical & communication skills, and willing to work under pressure.
- Proactive, independent and with great sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
