Job Description:

PR 

• Develop public relations and media campaigns for product launch and solution positioning
• Manage and execute initiatives for new product launch and PR related live events, riding on large scale events, workshops, seasonal campaigns with an aim to bring incremental sales.
• Manage all PR content including press releases and other relevant PR materials for product launch and PR campaigns
• Assist in preparing weekly coverage and post event reports 

Media Relations

• Research media organizations relevant to brand positioning, track key journalists who specialise in developing global stories related to our industry, and develop productive, ongoing working relationships with targeted reporters and editors
• Pitch media stories to print publications and all online channels such as blogs and media website to promote brand awareness and competitive edges of its products
• Work closely with brand PR, internal marketing and retail teams to ensure that all PR activities are in keeping with brand values and guidelines and seek opportunities to leverage and promote content
• Maintain press coverage, media reports, and disseminate post event release to internal website, media, and instore channels

Social Media

• Develop a clear communication plan leveraging existing and potential social platforms
• Close monitoring the agency on comments, facebook content and to handle negative feedback
• Maintain profile of brand with influencer campaigns

Requirements:

• Degree holder in journalism, communications or marketing is preferred
• At least 2 years' experience in PR agency or in beauty brand PR position
• Good relationship with media and interpersonal skill
• Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure
• Creative, knowledge about social media management is a plus
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
