Key responsibilities:

• Creates and manages high quality content for our websites and social media platforms to build IDP online brand awareness and drive leads generation

• Regular review to determine actions to improve website KPIs including content quality, time on site and content viewed per session
• Review content performance with SEO for organic rankings and actions to optimize on and off page activities.  Addition of new content ideas into content plans
• Leverages measurement tools to provide progress reports and insights, while continually finding ways to improve on those metrics through testing and new initiatives.
• Assist in events, seminars and day-to-day marketing operation

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Communications, Advertising/Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' content writing or digital/social media marketing experience from in-house or agency roles
• Strong understanding of content marketing and reputation management.
• Knowledge of social media, analytics software (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) and SEO
• Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills (English and Chinese)
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

 Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, video editing and HTML will be an advantage
