Nordic Innovation House is looking for a full-time Program Manager in Hong Kong. This position provides you a great view of the Nordic startup and innovation landscape and a lot of opportunities to meet exciting Nordic companies.

The Nordic Innovation House is a community platform accelerating high-quality Nordic startups and scaleups in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area. We are a unique collaboration between the Nordic countries: Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland. Nordic Innovation House today has a presence in Silicon Valley, New York, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Program Manager 

The main responsibility for the Program Manager is to manage the events and the various programs we organize or are involved in. The Program Manager will also have an active part in communication where website, newsletter etc are essential parts as well as direct communications with members and partners.

In addition, the Program Manager supports the Community Director in daily tasks.

Your responsibilities also include organizing and coordinating the house administration and procedures, in order to ensure efficiency and security of the NIH everyday activities and to keep up the Nordic, professional and welcoming atmosphere.

The Program Manager shall welcome visitors and members, as well as dealing with back-office services: Develop intra-office communication, streamline administrative procedures, manage membership and administrate community tools and handle emails.

The Program Manager is a well-organized and flexible professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in Project Management, handling a wide range of administrative tasks pro-actively and enjoys supporting an office of diverse people and teams. The Program Manager is self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Passionate for entrepreneurial communities, with a network in Hong Kong / Greater Bay Area’s start-up and tech-scene. Experience of working in a co-working space/incubator/accelerator is a plus.

Candidate should be able to manage our digital marketing channels (including content creation: copywriting, taking pictures and have basic Photoshop skills) and support with event operations.

This role is full-time and based in Hong Kong. Frequent travel to other cities in the Greater Bay Area will be required.
