Job Purpose:

Programme Executive (Community Resilience) is to support the administrative and logistic needs, daily operation of workshops, roving exhibitions, and other tasks related to Disaster Preparedness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager/ Assistant Manager to implement the Community Resilience Project
• Assist in the daily operation of Disaster Preparedness Truck, workshops, exhibitions and mass events
• Support stock-taking, warehouse management as well as administration and logistic needs
• Coordinate and enhance the volunteers organizing events/ activities
• Carry out ad hoc projects and tasks when assigned by the Manager/ Assistant Manager

Requirements:

• Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English, Chinese and Mathematics) equivalent or above
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
• Service-oriented with professional telephone manner
• Responsible, well organized and good communication skills
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Proficient in PC knowledge (including MS Office). Knowledge of design and audio-visual computer software is an advantage

Contract Period: 1 year (Renewable)
