Our client is a local public listed company with business in property investment, property development and property management, are seeking a self-motivated, proactive and high calibre individual for the Sales and Marketing Manager - (Residential) position in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate & execute the sales & marketing strategies and plans for the project
• Lead the team to achieve business objectives
• Work closely with all related internal & external parties (potential partners, sales & marketing agencies etc.)
• Monitor sales activities and review customers & market feedback

 Requirements:

• Degree Holder or above in Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines
• min. 6 years' working experience in HK residential property sales & marketing especially in property developer is highly preferred
• Outgoing and self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is also essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
