Report to: Regional Sales & Marketing Manager   

Job Description:

• To oversee SAM GLOBE modules and related activities within Region Asia Pacific
• To ensure GLOBE Trade & Local Tariffs and Surcharges are maintained in timely and accurate manner in the region optimizing revenue and mitigating loss risk
• Provide support for PM & SAM Key Users
• Main point of entry for HQ SAM-G
• Maintain Local and VAS Surcharge Tariff in GLOBE
• Coordinate official customer advisories of Local Surcharges, in compliance with existing global regulatory requirements (e.g.: SSE, EU Commission, US FMC)
• Regular communication with Key Users to review GLOBE performance and process matters   
• Coordinate testing and implementation of new GLOBE projects 
• Organize and provide necessary training for GLOBE Key Users
• Super Key User rights for Free Time approval 
• Maintenance of region specific GLOBE SOPs
• Review of SAM Globe Job Applications 
• To support Regional Business Process Manager for Product to Agreement (P2A) governance

Qualifications:

• 3 years working experience in shipping or logistics industry or similar experience in process management
• Preferably Degree or Diploma holder
• GLOBE experience
• Analytical skills & critical thinking
• Proactive and communicative
• Fluent writing / oral English
• Fluent writing / oral Cantonese and/or Mandarin are an advantage
• Knowledge of basic excel and MS Office
• Enthusiasm towards the profession
