Job Descriptions:

• Lead the complete trade marketing program for the assigned brands or product portfolio to optimize profitability, sales volumes, market share
• Supervise the marketing team to achieve set targets
• Develop and implement the trade marketing strategies to contribute towards brand growth targets and business objectives
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the current sales mechanism and promotion programs
• Liaise with internal and external parties to implement marketing and promotion programs
• Manage usage and forecast of promotion materials and monitor monthly promotion budget
• Conduct data analysis and product review to understand the market dynamics and market opportunities

The ideal candidate should be :

• University graduate in Business Administration/Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 years of experience at senior management level in FMCG industry, preferably in trading house
• with strong supervisory experience in the last 3 years
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Creative, passionate and communicates well at all levels and possess good analytical skills
• Independent, result-oriented and able to work in a fast paces environment
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Senior Marketing Manager
