Job Description

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to head the Sales and Marketing department with 3 fundamental functions – company growth, business success and communications. This person should be seasoned in digital marketing, property project promotion, event marketing, branding, public relations, lead generations, communications (both internal and external) and sales training etc.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ASEAN sales and market management.
• Establish、lead and train a sales team.
• Guide and coordinate the operations of the company's ASEAN region.
• Develop and manage the company’s marketing activities to communicate our property project to client with aligning the strategy.
• Plan and implement marketing initiatives to grow sales result of a property project.
• Plan and develop digital marketing strategies across social media, website, content, eDMs, etc.
• Position the property project to the media, public and investor with the right direction.
• Review and oversee the marketing policy to increase the effectiveness of advertisement and promotion.
• Manage and explore different sales channels to generate leads and grow the sales result.

Requirements:

• University Degree is preferred or Min. 6 years’ experience in China property or overseas sales & marketing at managerial level or above.
• Previous experience with property developers highly preferred. Experience with property agencies will also be considered.
• Excellent leadership and diplomatic skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of ASEAN market trend research and market intelligence.
• Strong people management, interpersonal and communications skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
