Major Responsibilities:

• To setup key project milestones and define realistic project timelines
• To work with team members and clients on a variety of projects related to operations, events, and product development
• Train team members on how to use project management systems, instill best practices for efficient working habits, 
• Communicate with clients and management to understand project requirements and provide regular reporting on project status to stakeholders
• To manage project execution and to ensure that projects are delivered on time, as promised, and within budget
• Communicate with any third party vendors and ensure they are delivering on time and within budget
• Create project budgets and calculate estimated revenues
• Conduct team meetings and coordinate in-person meetings with clients as necessary
• Travel to project sites as necessary
• Work closely with designer and merchandiser on product development
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Diploma/degree holder with a minimum of 5 years working experience in event/project management. Experience with e-commerce and/or online marketing is an advantage.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English. Fluency in Cantonese is an advantage
• Good communication, negotiation and project management skills
• Strong initiative and able to operate independently
  Demonstrate familiarity with project management software
• Strong command of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint or other desktop publishing software
• Strong organizational skills and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks in fast paced and dynamic environment
• Achievement driven
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills, self-motivated, proactive and well organized
• Familiarity with Agile Development methodology and/or Scrum is a bonus
