Job Description

About the Role:

  • Oversee the Institute’s publications (e.g. annual reports, bi-monthly in-house journals) such as reviewing contents, handling production schedules and liaising with design houses, publishers and other vendors
  • Handle news clippings and prepare daily enewsletters
  • Conduct researches, compile analyse, prepare presentation materials for corporate communications and designated initiatives
  • Maintain the corporate website and social media platforms including content creation
  • Coordinate PR logistics for press briefings, media interviews and corporate events
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks

 

About You:

  • A degree holder preferably in journalism, communications, translation or marketing
  • Minimum 4 years’ solid experience in publications production, editing, and social media management
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (both written and spoken), good bilingual translation capability is a plus
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, able to work independently as well as being a good team player
  • Proactive and detail-minded with strong organisational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and familiar with digital communication platforms and tools
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Officer
  • Immediate availability is preferred

 

Work location: Causeway Bay
