Job Description
Are you ready for the challenge? My client is looking for a Head of Search & Performance to join their collaborative team in Hong Kong. You will be driving development and innovation of their performance consulting practice, advancement of their specialist multi-channel performance products, solutions and partnerships with their creative agencies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Foster business opportunities with existing and new clients
- Develop yearly budget, achieve annual targets, manage P&L
- Develop your team, growth client base and provide leadership to the team
- Develop client performance marketing initiatives, insights, and integration with the broader media and marketing strategies managed by the agency
- Set the tone and direction of team and communicate this effectively to the team and the wider organisation
Job Requirements:
- 4+ years' experience in performance marketing and media
- 3+ years' experience people management experience
- Solid experience in performance marketing strategies including media planning/buying (Paid Search, Performance Display, Affiliate Marketing) and consulting services (SEO, CRO)
- Strong English language skills and negotiating skills
- Bachelor's degree
