Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee PSF marketing functions which includes traditional marketing strategy, digital marketing strategy, new product introduction, and promotional events
• Supervise and coordinate the preparation, issuance of sales materials, exhibits and promotional events with internal designer, and if necessary third-party contractors
• Liaise with the sales team to identify marketing support needs
• Responsible for the development, monitoring and management of PSF marketing budget
• Lead and participate in the sourcing of new products from suppliers globally
• Create annual marketing reviews for suppliers
• Undergo market research studies in Hong Kong to evaluate product opportunities
• Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors
• Translation of business documents including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing or Business related disciplines preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ marketing experience, preferably in food service sector
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience in E-Commerce will be advantage
• Knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator will be advantage
• Good communication skills, creative with strong market sense, self-motivated and attentive to details
• Able to meet tight deadlines, multi-task and able to work independently
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
