Our client is a PRC Listed Company which have property development projects in PRC, US, Europe and Australia. Recently, they have expanded their businesses in Hong Kong and would like to invite high calibre candidates to join their Hong Kong team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and the execution of the sales and marketing strategies of the company
• Maintain budgets for sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Conduct market research for market positioning and pricing strategy
• Preparation for Show Flat and Sales Office
• Develop and maintain good relationship with service providers, estate agents and customers
• Review on customers feedback and market responses

 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in property sales and marketing in property development company in Hong Kong
• Solid experience in the Sales of First-hand Residential Properties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
