Our client is a multinational law firm who are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join their growing team. It is an exciting time to be joining this business as they are working on client-centric projects meaning that there is plenty of varied work for people to get involved in. They are also in the process of growing their marketing team therefore it is a great time to be part of something new and vibrant.

You will be responsible the execution of the APAC regional events strategy, with the support of your team, but this is essentially a sole-role so you need to be able to demonstrate that you have managed events from end-to-end. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Business Development and working closely with your teammates on other marketing campaigns as well. Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, produce, manage and execute events campaigns, to retain and nurture existing clients and grow the client database by targeting valuable new audiences across practice lines
• Event production, management and execution, including venue, agency and supplier sourcing
• Coordinating a broad range of events including client seminars, panel and speaking engagements, substantive seminars and conferences, social events and receptions
• Build and retain the relationships with key business partners and affiliate companies
• Assist Head of Marketing and Business Development to build brand awareness and positioning
• Support in all aspects of the Marketing team, when necessary

Essential qualities:

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced international environment
• Experience in a professional services environment, preferably a law firm
• Strong event, project management, and organisational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
