Duties: 

The appointee will be responsible for PR and marketing, including: 

• Use his/her professional knowledge to propose campaigns for improving CEO/ corporate image
• Plan and propose PR/marketing schedule in social media platforms
• Build content for online and offline marketing communication materials, including but not limited to news, press release, website and social media
• Plan, organize and execute marketing events
• Respond to inquiries and provide solutions via different communication channels
• To have an overview of the Company’s overall PR/ Media events, including those organized by the Company’s outside PR/ Media services providers, and capture relevant news in the respective social media accounts
• Provide full spectrum of administrative and marketing supports
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements: 

• Degree or above in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business administration or other related disciplines
• With working experience in PR / Marketing preferably 
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, social media platforms and website management
• Good interpersonal communication skills, well-organized, able to meet deadlines
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferable
