About the Role:

This is a consultative marketing role which will allow you to work with some of the best retailers and leading brands in hospitality and travel. All these industries will have the customer at the heart of their business and with loyalty critical to their success. Managing a small team, you will lead the development of loyalty programs to support customer retention and acquisition efforts.

In this role as the subject-matter expect in loyalty marketing, you will be working with clients and tasked with developing 1yr - 3yr strategic plans and working to financial targets and loyalty milestones. You will use your knowledge to understand specific competitive environments for a range of industries to tailor compelling value propositions. Thought leadership, industry trends, and analytics will be some of the things you can bring to the table.

Using your commercial ability, you will identify new business opportunities and work closely with the business to develop proposals. You are experienced managing P&L and driving revenue growth.

About You

You will be highly experienced in building, launching, managing and growing loyalty rewards program demonstrating over 10+ experience in loyalty program marketing in either big retailers, hospitality/travel plus CRM and marketing program development experience. You are a strong communicator, excellent at negotiation, influencing and relationship management skills. You will be fluent in English and Cantonese (or Mandarin)
