Responsibilities:

• Report directly to the top management of the company
• Plan and execute marketing strategies and initiatives according to the company’s strategic direction
• Formulate and implement advertising, store promotion, joint promotion plans
• Coordinate with internal departments, retail stores, external parties to implement the marketing activities
• Liaise with strategic partners for joint-promotion campaigns

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years or above practical experience, at least 3 years of which are holding similar position
• Solid experience in cosmetics retail industry is preferable
• Passionate, creative with good content marketing & business sense
• Proactive, good team leader with strategic and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to cope with fast-paced working environment
• Good command of English & Chinese 
• Suitable candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
