Job Description

Customer Service Executive (Japanese speaking)​

 

  • Handle daily emails and call enquiries within service level
  • Handle outgoing communications with players for designated purposes
  • Prepare reports and updates on a regular basis
  • Provide suggestions to enhance existing product and customer servicing workflow
  • Providing excellent customer service to customers
  • Ensuring service standards are being met

 

Requirement(s)

  • At least one year working experience; preferably in customer service sector
  • Good command of spoken and written Japanese
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Candidate who is immediately available is highly preferably
