Job Responsibilities:

• Determine and manage annual marketing Budget & Plan
• Set monthly and yearly strategies and sales target for the team
• Plan, develop and implement effective sales and marketing activities to meet market demands with the objective to increase sales revenue, profits and generate sales leads
• Manage and plan sales activities to build and maintain branding and to use communications through advertising, public relations, web communications, shop & members promotions and events
• Identify and explore new business development opportunities and channels
• Maintain good distributor and customer relationship
• Direct, monitor and evaluate market research programs and global marketing strategies

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Public Relation or related disciplines
• With minimum 8 years solid experience in Retail with corporate level highly preferable
• With Regional Experience is Highly preferable
• Strong Marketing, Public Relation and business network and excellent leadership skills
• Excellent Management skills and Creative and pro-active
• Excellent command of both written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant Manager or Senior Officer
