We are looking for Business Development Manager with up-to-date knowledge to interpret needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell holistic advertising solutions to new and existing clients;
• Develop new and existing sales relationships, review and negotiate contracts, follow up and service clients’ needs and agreements;
• Build and nurture adequate sales pipeline to achieve short and long-term targets;
• Work collaboratively with internal content, marketing, creative, and production team members to deliver effective, creative and accountable advertising and sponsorship solutions. 

 Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 2 years' related working experience in sales, key account management, marketing, advertising;
• Media sales, and/or media agency experience will be an advantage;
• Programmatic advertising and digital media sales experience will be an advantage;
• Strong problem solving with good numerical, analytical and negotiation skills;
• Creative-minded, a self-starter and a goal-getter;
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese). Strong spoken Mandarin is an added advantage; 
• Computer literacy with knowledge in e-commerce, CRM or database marketing will be an advantage;
