Job Description

   Daily Clinic administration & operational support

• Handling of incoming and outgoing calls
• Bookings for hospital admission, laboratory tests, dispensing of medications.
• Handling Patients’ records & data entry
• To assist Doctors in typing reports
• To assist in Echocardiography performance
• Efficient in clinical practices e.g. Blood Pressure, E.C.G., Holter-Monitor,
• Venepuncture, Finger-Prick testing for Blood Sugar & Lipid Profile.
• Preference will be given to those who have practical experience within a Family Physician or Cardiology Clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Matriculation Level (Form 5 & Above) 
• Minimum 2 Years’ experience working as a Clinic Assistant or an Enrolled Nurse 
• Familiar with Clinic Solution Software
• Language Skills: Good command of English, Cantonese (spoken & written) are necessary and conversant in Putonghua (Mandarin) will be an added advantage
• Possess good Computer Skills: Word, Power Point, Photoshop.
  

   Working Hours

• 5 and a half day week.
• Monday to Friday:     
• 1^st  Shift from        09:30am – 6:00pm
• 2^nd Shift from        10:30am – 7:00pm
  
• Every Wednesday  09:30am – 5:00pm
• Every Saturday      09:30am – 2:00pm
• Sundays & Public Holidays Off
