Work Time: 12nn - 10pm (Mid-shift)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of up to 40 warehouse staff, managing the whole order fulfillment cycle from Goods Receipt/Inbound, Put-away, Picking, Checking, Packing, Dispatch, Stock Count, Replenishment and Returns
• Execute cycle stock counts and stock take to maintain inventory accuracy
• Monitor pick-check-pack completion and status updating
• Continually review all aspects of the operation, working closely with customers and own team to improve quality, cost and inventory accuracy to customer service
• Deliver full compliance to all company and legislative health & safety requirements, as well as excellent standards of GDP, hygiene and housekeeping
• Drive a strong team working environment by setting clear expectations on how the team need to work together to improve performance and meet the objectives
• Promote and ensure a consistent, fair and thorough approach to the implementation of people policies and procedures
• Provide reports
• Responsible for multi-task on warehouse operations
• Risk management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehouse Management or related discipline is preferable
• At least 3 years working experience in logistic operations
• Warehouse management experience in a fast-moving, multi-customer environment
• Willing to learn
• Good mind-set and positive thinking
• Self-motivated, high integrity and responsible
• A high level of time management, prioritization and organizational skills coupled with the ability to multi-task
• Proven analytical, problem solving and project management skills
• Drive and determination to deliver continuous improvement to meet the company’s KPI and objectives
• Exposure to operating in a fast moving, commercial environment with a strong customer service bias
• All-round knowledge of health & safety at work and GDP practices
• PC Skills: Excel, Word, Warehouse Management Systems
