Job Duties:

• Develop effective procurement strategies for the planning and implementation of all purchasing and contracting activities.
• Conduct market research and support business users to review and analyze their procurement needs, provide strategic input on procurement initiatives.

• Drive continuous improvement for the procurement function through analysis, market benchmarking and sharing of best practices.
• Assist in developing internal reports and analysis to support decision making.
• Liaise with stakeholders to formulate packaging framework, sourcing and procurement strategies

• Manage supplier relationship and establish supplier performance.

• Support Corporate Procurement and cross functional initiatives such as procedures improvement
• Support import and export business. 

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related discipline.

• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin, Japanese speaking candidate will be prioritized.

• Min 5-Years relevant experience in purchasing and supply chain management. With solid experience in FMCG would be an advantage.
• Candidates who have experience in import/ export would be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, inter-personal and negotiation skills.
