RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Ensure accurate invoicing (Pricing, Items, Quantity, Due Date, Payment Terms, etc.)
• Issue PO’s and Receive Inventory into Database
• Prepare Purchase Order File by PO (all documents) for payment
• Prepare and Maintain Order Summary Spreadsheet by Client
• Support customers with their Order Status inquiries
• Schedule and Track delivery dates with Factories
• Other tasks as required
  

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 

• Tertiary education level
• 3 years of experience with Invoicing or Inventory Control
• Well spoken and written English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, & Excel
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP is an asset
• Knowledge of Home Depot Link, Lowes Link, Walmart Retail Link an Asset
• Capacity to manage a high volume of documents
• Typing and data entry skills
• Attention to details and thoroughness
• Experience in a distribution environment
