Description:

• Assisting sourcing from overseas factories per customer requirement
• Make sure all data provided by vendors are completed accurately and punctually in line with company standards
• Collecting samples from vendors and reviewing content
• Sample coordination
• Assisting the team in managing P/O processing and order follow up
• Perform ad hoc clerical support as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above with 2 years working experience, preferred in trading
• Proficient in Mandarin and an advanced command of both written and spoken English
• Good Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication skill with overseas customers and factories.
• Mature, stable, detail-minded and self-motivated.
• Immediate available is preferred
