Job responsibilities:

• Assist & drive for creating and the implementation of the quality management system (e.g. ISO9001) accordance with company objectives
• Prepare Quality Manual / drive internal stakeholders for preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
• Support product programs key components quality related issue
• Drive key supplier quality issue to fulfil project requirements
• Interface with multiple internal groups (such as engineering, project management, installation team) as well as external parties for quality issues follow up and escalation to suppliers
• Carry out supplier on-site system and process audit

Job requirements:

Education: Degree/ Higher Diploma in Quality / Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering related disciplines.

Experience: Minimum 3 years working experience, preferably in manufacturing industry

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Solid experience in quality, manufacturing environment
• Exposure to Compliance in retail shop renovation and equipment installation 
• Knowledge of Quality Management System (e.g. ISO9001), Lead Auditor preferred
• Knowledge in SPC / statistical tool, 6 Sigma will be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• The ability to work under pressure, problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, team working
• Based in Hong Kong office with frequent business trip to China and South East Asia.
