Responsibilities:

• Report to Manager
• Preparing purchase order, quotation and price comparison
• Manage and update all purchasing documents and records
• Liaise with vendors and contractors
• File the documents
• Data entry and provide general clerical support
• Work closely with internal parties to keep track and monitor inventory movement and purchasing needs

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with at least 2 years or above purchasing experience
• Familiar with MS Office operation including Word and Excel, and Chinese Word processing
• Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Self-initiative, responsible, hardworking, willing to learn and independent;
• Immediately available is preferred
