Responsibilities:

• Source products or suppliers according to various customer profile;
• Maintain good relationships and communications with suppliers or vendors;
• Negotiate with supplier to achieve company sales and profit target;
• Prepare purchasing order as well as updating information records;
• Ensuring the products shipment on-time;
• Monitor the inventory and stock level regularly;
• Support the marketing team to executive promotion activity & merchandise planning;
• Handle inquiries from internal parties and build up good relationship with internal department to facilitate smooth operations;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• DSE or above;
• 2+ years merchandising experience in retail industry;
• Experience in handling Home Appliances is a must;
• Independent, pleasant and self-motivated and good time management skill;
• Strong negotiation, analytical and interpersonal skill;
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing is an advantage;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English & Chinese;
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
