- Fluency in spoken and written Japanese
- Excellent communication skills with Japanese customers with adequate knowledge about the Japanese culture, preference and business norm, and their product safety and quality standards
- 8+ years of experience in sundries/toys exporting company
- Well-experienced in product development, handling enquiries, orders and projects, to ensure product quality and delivery meeting standards
- Good negotiation skills with vendors and internal departments to maximize service quality and cost effectiveness
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Responsible, sophisticated with good vision
