Responsibilities:

• To assist Senior Merchandiser on all merchandising activities including product sourcing and development
• To be responsible for samples & orders follow-up, closely monitor order status and facilitate on-time delivery
• Maintain & update detailed documentation such as quotation and product specification etc., throughout all phases of order process
• To work with customer on daily communication independently
• To coordinate with suppliers and internal parties
• To manage data entry, e.g. sales confirmation and purchase orders etc, into various systems
• To perform other tasks when assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated or above
• 2+ years working experience, working in trading company or buying office is an advantage, less experience or fresh graduates will also be considered
• Knowledge in handling seasonal products is preferable
• Must be a good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible, self-motivated, well-organized and hardworking
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC skills and MS Word & Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing;
• Wiling to travel to China and overseas
• Immediate available is preferred.
