• Develop global sourcing strategy for the brand and innovative programs for short term and long term sourcing development.
• Support the PM for  the strategic direction for each product category to achieve the best deal globally in terms of design, price, speed & quality.
• Optimize supplier matrix (tier 1 and tier 2) to ensure best price & best product offer from each region
• Collaborate with Product management team to ensure the best fitting assortment & pricing strategies are implemented for each season
• Develop clear methods & working guidelines related to sourcing strategy and lead the implementation with involved stakeholders
• Identify business opportunities & support assortment decisions

Operations & Leadership

• Lead the development/sourcing team in global material & component sourcing, product development & quotation
• Analyze seasonal trends & lead the team in providing diverse and innovative product/component selection for Product management team’s inspiration
• Coach the team in conducting price analysis and proposing cost saving options to optimize product prices & during development stage
• Built development and production timeline & constantly work with stakeholders to minimize development leadtime and ensure on time submissions
• Develop & motivate the team members through coaching & inspiration to insure strategic goals of the company are achieved

Collaboration

• Collaborate with other teams within the company to maximize business opportunities and enhance the brands image
• Partner with Product management and Purchasing teams to ensure best practices are shared and applied at all times Innovation
