About Our Client (Trading Company) & Job Description
Our client, one of the trading companies,is now looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team. The job duties are as follows:
- Handles customer PO, invoice
- Delivery arrangement
- Liaise with customers and assist in solving their problems
- Sales Analysis report, Forecast Evaluation
- Communicate with different departments internally to ensure smooth operation
- Visit clients with Japanese managers
Requirement
- F.7 or above,1 -2 years related working experience preferred
- Good Command of Japanese(Passed JLPT N2), English & Mandarin
- Responsible, detail minded and well organized
- Immediate or short notice preferred
