Job Responsibilities :

• Effectively lead, manage the merchandising team to offer professional customer services and to ensure efficiency in the Development – Sampling – Pricing – Production process – QA –  on time Delivery
• Report to the CEO
• Familiar with the EU fashion market trend and carry out excellent customer’s relationship management and buyer meeting
• Frequent travel to China is required
• Occasional overseas travelling is required

Requirements :

• Strong in sourcing, Knowledge of Fabrics and accessories with Fashionable sense
• Solid experience in garment manufacturing
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Mature, Detail-minded, Well-organized
• Fluent in English and Chinese
• Dynamic individuals with strong passion in fashion
• Good sense of humour and capable to deal with complicate problem into simple solution
