Job Description:

1.  Execute the annual planning process for product category performance, sales, 

     inventory, receipt and margin goals for PRC and Hong Kong Region – FULL

     PRICE & OUTLET CHANNELS (ALL STORES);

2.  Execute the monthly re-forecasting “Open-To-Buy” process for product category 

     performance, sales, inventory, receipt and margin goals for PRC and Hong Kong 

     Region – FULL PRICE & OUTLET CHANNELS (ALL STORES);

3.  Continuously analyze and reforecast business and recommend/ implement 

     strategies to ensure plan is achieved, including adjusting product flow and 

     inventory management across the responsible regions;

4.  Direct and drive the merchandisers in local offices to achieve the set goals;

5.  Initiate the OTB monthly meeting with HQ management;

6.  To analyze end of season markdowns and propose markdown strategies based

     on inventory and sales analysis by location, ensuring cohesive flow from one

     season to the next;

7.  Owner of the Seasonal Buying Process: Develop OTB Budget by Category for each 

     Collection and based on the Merchandising Assortment Selection, define investments 

     by SKU, sharing overall Strategy with HQ Planning;

8.  Provide hindsight Review of Category/SKU Performance on special event/projects;

9.  Provide qualitative input and suggested action plan when necessary;

10. Maintain a healthy stock turn on the responsible business unit.

Requirements:

1.  Qualified candidates will have a minimum 10 years of Retail Merchandise Planning 

     experience;

2.  Mastery of Open-To-Buy Management, Markdown Management, Company profitability, 

     and Buying experience is required;

3.  Proficiency in MS Office Applications;

4.  Good communication and presentation skills;

5.  Good command in written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese and English;

6.  Willing to travel.
