Responsibilities:

• Work closely with licensors throughout Hong Kong/China to ensure the company’s projects are aligned with the brand and clients objectives.
• Negotiate business terms with new and current licensors
• Provide daily secretarial support to Sales Director
• Organize and manage day-to-day activities, including calendar management, business appointments and meetings
• Prepare meeting agenda and minutes
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and other staff.
• work closely with senior managerial staff to provide administrative support
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as assigned

 Requirements:

• Possess of understanding on IP licensing will be an advantage
• Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Studies or related disciplines
• Candidates with 3-5 years working experience is preferred
• Attentive to details and hard working is expected 
• Strong in presentation, negotiation and communication
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
• Occasional travel is required
