Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Execute of all regular purchasing duties and administrative work
- Prepare and issue purchase orders
- Monitor and maintain stock level
- Liaise and coordinate with internal parties to ensure stable inventory status
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma holder or above in related disciplines, preferably in purchasing or procurement
- Minimum 3 years of hands on experience in purchasing or procurement
- Well-organized with good initiative, responsible and with good communication skills
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- High proficiency in computer skills such as MS Office Application
- Immediate availability is preferred
