Solar-Med Limited, one of our group’s principal subsidiary, is an established medical device distributor with nearly 20 years of experience in the medical device market in Hong Kong. To cope with our expanding business, we are looking for competent candidates to join our group.

Major responsibilities:

• Purchase and sales order processing
• Prepare invoices and update inventory records
• Prepare Import/Export shipping documents, packing list and custom declaration document
• Coordinate with overseas supplier, freight forwarder and local logistic company, warehouse and customers
• Liaise with customer and warehouse colleague
• Ensure accuracy of data entry in the database
• Handle incoming phone calls, enquiries, guests and visitors’ greetings;
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Requirements:

• F7 or above;
• At least 1-2 years trading and shipping clerk experience preferred;
• Proficient in computer application like Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Detail-minded;
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to perform independently under pressure;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
